In 1985, two young Hudson Valley attorneys, Bill Tendy and Jay Cantor, decided to forge an alliance. Seizing upon Bill's love of a challenging courtroom battle, and Jay's knack in negotiating transactions and settlements, Bill and Jay decided to join forces, and the law firm of Tendy & Cantor was born. More than 30 years later, Jay continues the tradition of providing quality legal representation at The Law Office of Jay S. Cantor.
Over the years, Jay's many clients have benefited from his experience in negotiating settlements, closing difficult real estate deals, and getting transactions to the closing table when other attorneys would have long since given up hope of closing.
